The purpose of this project is to use the 22 Major Arcanas in the Tarot Card deck to give me a set theme for deriving my character concept arts. Random cards will be drawn from the deck and whichever card it turns out to be, it will be used as the base theme for my concept art.

Concept arts that are completed may not have a particular genre and may not be modeled out into 3D.

This project is all about Post Colonial Terminologies. We were given a series of words and their definitiions and what we had to do was to come up with some sort of visuals that would convey the meaning of those words. I am not into realism hence I chose to do Fantasy illustrations to convey my ideas.

My final output for this Journal is 3"x4" cards where the front of the card has the word and its meaning and back of it is the illustration that conveys the meaning. To simulate this on the screen, I have displayed all the words up front, like the front of the cards, and by doing a mouseover on those words, the illustraions will be revealed, kind of like the back side of the card.

Started on Febuary 2007 and finished in May 2007.
